Talking Parrot in Skara Brae!

Kara Brae, the place of the Ranger's guild, was recently visited by a unusual person indeed. This fellow, although rather short and greenish, proved to be a fantastic improver to the town's atmosphere, if lone for a day. This individual was a parrot, and his name was Ale. He resided, for that day, in the Farmer's Market, with his owner, Piku. The citizens of Skara Brae first patched Ale when he rushed -- flew, rather, to the Skara Brae bank. There, Ale began to talk aloud -- yes, speak! -- informing the citizens of Skara Brae of his demand for their assistance.

Apparently, person had snuck into their place at nighttime and purloined a box of cherished gems from Piku. After respective minutes, a good hunt party had been aquired ; they began their hunt on the mainland part of Skara Brae, at the nearby 'tavern,' Joh's Creb Sheck. Suddenly, a chap in os armour jolted past. Ale recognized him, and the adventurers broke into pursuit. They at bay this odd suspect in a little abandoned edifice -- he claimed to cognize of no jewels, and blamed everything on a chap named Triden.

Beware the Awful Theet Type O Vac!

The adventurers, knowing a hint when given one, immediately fanned out and attempted to happen Triden. Very soon, Triden was discovered, and the gems recovered from his cold corpse. The box was returned to Piku, and all involved were given a brawny reward. Those who inquired as to whether or not they would ever see Ale again were told that a chap named Zemaj Taldor may very well go Ale's new owner, but the dealing have not yet been confirmed.

All in all, the events that forepassed gave all a reward, both actual and spiritual. I go back now, however, to my sacred halls of learning.
